The homeowners in Lawrenceville contacted us looking to completely renovate their small, outdated bathroom. The original space was showing signs of age—outdated tile, worn fixtures, and poor lighting made the bathroom feel dark, dated, and far from the relaxing retreat they envisioned.

During our initial consultation, we discussed the client’s goals: a brighter, more open-feeling space with improved functionality, better storage, and a clean, modern aesthetic. We started by evaluating the layout and found opportunities to reconfigure the room to improve flow and usability without needing to expand the footprint.

One of the biggest transformations was replacing the old tub/shower combo with a sleek, walk-in tiled shower. We installed large-format porcelain tiles in a light gray tone for a modern look, paired with a frameless glass door to keep the space feeling open. A recessed shower niche was added for convenient storage, and matte black fixtures provided a bold, contemporary contrast.

For the vanity area, we installed a custom floating vanity with a quartz countertop and an integrated sink. This not only added a modern design element but also made the room feel more spacious. Above the vanity, a large LED-lit mirror brightens the space and adds a touch of luxury. We also included additional wall-mounted storage to help keep the room organized and clutter-free.

To improve lighting, we upgraded to recessed LED ceiling lights and added dimmable sconces beside the mirror for functional, flattering lighting at any time of day. We also replaced the outdated floor tile with durable, water-resistant luxury vinyl tile in a warm, natural stone pattern that adds texture and warmth to the space.

The final touch was updating the paint and trim for a crisp, clean finish. We used a moisture-resistant paint in a soft, neutral tone that complements the modern materials while keeping the room feeling light and airy.
